The food databases registered in the Tasty Foodbase.

These are the external food composition databases registered in the Tasty Foodbase, the catalogue of dishes and ingredients behind Tasty menus: the French table Ciqual (two versions), the German table BLS, and the USDA’s FNDDS and FoodData Central. A dish or ingredient imported from one of them keeps a record of its source; data Tasty authors in-house owes no credit and is not listed. For each database: its license, the version and the date of its last update, and the citation the publisher requires or asks us to display.
